At least the otter didn’t go after his nutkins.

I think they may be careening the otter. Perhaps they lack a drydock for full refit purposes, or this is just routine anti-biofouling maintenance.

I was obsessed with otters as a kid, and would always pretend to be one in the pool. My dad, trying to accomodate, found a nice film about a pet otter from the local library. It… well, do not watch all the way to the end if you’re a sensitive 10 year old otter lover…
