Quite a lot of things, actually. Rats are pretty smart. I will only say that Tucker seems to attract Republicans and leave the result of that statement up to the reader.

Look some people may call it “America’s Hat”, or “The Maple Leaf State”, but Canada is a whole separate country from the USA with it’s own laws and customs (and also the largest unguarded land border).

Many animals, including some humans I could name. Rats are quite smart.
