There is a version of Pac-man called Pac-Man 256 and you can get it on the PS4 (and I assume other things) and it is an endless run of the maze, with the corruption you would see after level 256 in the old arcade slowly moving and eating up the screen, it gets a bit unnerving at times.
It is actually really fun multiplayer because you can work together and regenerate fallen friends.
