eh that is trivial in comparison to his real crimes, trying to force a child to bring a pregnancy to term by manipulating her through the legal system from 13 to 20 weeks, purposely lying to congress about his work on Bush admin pro-torture so he could get nominated the first time, etc.
for those who never watch Maddow, you absolutely must watch the 9/3 (last night’s) episode to see calm reasonable proof of why Kavanaugh is a lying piece of garbage that should not even be an appeals judge right now

Apparently just 7% of Kavanaugh’s records have been released for the Senate to review prior to the confirmation hearings (compared to 100% of Sotomayor’s).
I had to share my college transcripts when I applied for grad school and again when I applied to my current position. I wonder how far I would have got if I only agreed to share the portions of my transcripts in which I earned straight "A"s.

45,000 pages of Kavanaugh’s past were released over the weekend for the Senate to go over to make their decision. These documents were requested months ago. They held them and then dumped them, obviously with no time allowed to actually look through them. This is the GOP of Amerika today, devious, scandalous, hateful, spitful and god damned liars, all of them.

I just read an article asking why Republicans are in such a desperate hurry to force through this nomination, and the obvious answer is they need him in place to block the Russia investigation. Mueller already has enough material to indict everybody.
This is the judge who argued for going over Bill Clinton with a fine-tooth comb, and then immediately reversed course to oppose any investigation of the Bush White House.

Yes, but for some reason what we need to focus on is that he wouldn’t shake this guy’s hand. Perhaps through further investigation we might learn that he once mistreated his dog.
