Pharma CEO raises EpiPen price by 400%, and gets a 671% raise

What pisses me off is that a patent application is supposed to be sufficiently detailed that a professional of average skill in the field can use the patent filing alone to reproduce the invention. That’s the whole point of a patent. It’s the inventor disclosing the technology of their invention in exchange for a limited monopoly.

If the professional of average skill can’t reproduce the invention using the patent, then the patent is invalid. A court just hasn’t ruled on it yet.

Good point, that is exactly what I’m wondering and explains the frustration I feel when I think about it.
