Pittsburgh prepares for riots if Trump fires Mueller

I would pay good cash money to see an anti-Trump protest in Woodstock, Va. Whoever put that list together doesn’t know their small towns very well.

Agreed, but the organisers need to be prepared because the police obviously are. The cops are only too happy to encourage the local anarkiddies to show up at demos like this, with an agent provocateur reminding those dopes how “cool” and “original” it is to smash a Starbucks window or set an “unattended” (and soon to be decommissioned) police cruiser on fire. MoveOn needs to make it clear that they and their “help” are not welcome.

Just one minute. You keep your damn hands off Big Boy. That’s a red fucking line.

Judging by past shows, looks like it’s worth about a quarter for admission (which I guess technically counts as “good cash money”):

Peaceful protests arose Friday between anti-Trump activists and pro-Trump supporters on the steps of Woodstock’s Historic Courthouse Friday.

[…]

Protesters from both sides — a total of about 40 — came and went throughout the one-hour event but it appeared that the anti-Trump demonstrators outnumbered those supporting Trump by a wide margin at any given time.

Not all small towns are red and not all parts of urban areas are blue.

But he’d be transmogrified into Trump Boy. Completely different thing.

I think that would work. If only we knew someone with advanced skills with paint …

  1. I can’t believe that son of a bitch is that dumb.

  2. Firing Mueller won’t stop the investigation.

Oh fuck…

If he fires Mueller and there are riots, it’ll be just about the first time I’ll be proud to be from Pennsylvania in the four years I’ve lived here.

The good news is that if Trump goes down, we can be damn sure McConnell is going with him.

Firing Comey is what got the Mueller investigation going. So I guess firing Mueller would trigger some kind of SUPER-investigation by, like, a cosmic entity of supreme oversight?

Congress’ flaccid check on this administration’s abuses and the ‘retiring’ of any middle of the road republican that had weakly stood up to this president has put this country in a state where riots are going to be inevitable. Peaceful protests and free-speech-zones are just not going to cut it.
Contacting congress reps will be useless in many cases as many have already chosen their side and see the other side as an enemy and threat. When you’re not being heard, you’re just going to keep on shouting louder and louder.

He’s old and will hopefully pass soon so probably doesn’t give a shit any more. Kind of like pollution, eff the world and let the younger generation clean it up.

Well as Comey pointed out in that Colbert interview, there are dozens if not hundreds of people on the case. They aren’t suddenly going to be like, welp, nothing to see here.

I don’t know what it would trigger, but I can’t think of another act that would make one look more guilty.

You’re such an optimist…I’m not damn sure about anything (positive) regarding this administration and the republicans mantra of party before country.

I have no intention of “rioting” when Trumpler fires Mueller (or Rosenstein, which is tantamount to firing Mueller). But I’m committed to heading out to the street for a peaceful protest when this happens. If you haven’t yet joined a group that plans to do this, please find one as soon as possible.

No no, don’t you get it? There is no such thing as protesting, they’re all rioters, dead set on tearing down our freedoms!
