Here’s a question: Suppose the mail carrier delivers a parcel to the wrong address, and we figure this out after the fact. The mail carrier goes to the person who actually received the parcel, and that person denies having received it, probably because they decided to keep it for themselves. Is that covered under this umbrella of porch piracy?
