Who is going to a porn site and searching for “porn”? I’m going to assume these misspellings are from multi-term searches, but it’s still kinda like appending the phrase “google search results” to all your google searches.

I would argue that these are typos not misspellings: the latter suggests that the writer doesn’t know the correct spelling, the former suggests that they just pressed the wrong keys despite knowing how the words should be correctly spelled.
