Haha, the background looks fancier than it is, but yes, she is a creature of beauty.
She’s a rescue, but I think she’s got some Maine coon cat in her, because most cats up here have at least a little bit.
The tail is an epic bit of floof, I’ll try to get a pic one of these days.

It’s true! I hadn’t heard that term until mr. Linkey’s uncle was visiting and anytime Myrtle or her brother would walk through the room he (the uncle) exclaimed, “look at that plume!”
