My daughters snek (one of them) doing weird snek thing… (oddly enough, she named this one Monty…not the ball python)

Her nickname is Bitey Kitty for a reason
Sharp kitty, fierce kitty, little ball of fury!
Angry kitty, stabby kitty, grrr grrr grrr!
This is the mom of that feral we took in that I post pictures of. We think she’s 5 or 6 years old. Can’t bring her in because she’s a lot more wild then her kid. She has been fixed and had her shots. She does let my wife pet her at the back door but she runs away if you try and to get very close.
That mat just to the right of her has a heated pad under it and her heated house is just a few steps away but this is how she spent most of the snow day. That’s also heated food and water. The squirrels share the water with her.
She does spend nights and most days in the house.
Normally when I’m upstairs watching tv or working in the office and my wife says grab your camera and get down here it’s usually a squirrel doing something cute and we disagree about what we think is a photo op.
This time is was well worth grabbing the camera and running outside in my shorts.
Did I mention it was only 3F. I suited up after the initial photos and stood outside for over an hour hoping I could get it in flight. It’s almost 3 hours later and he’s still in the same spot. Hard to tell from the photos but trust me, this guy is huge.
Our squirrel popped his head out and we told him now is not a good time.
What a Superb Owl!
She’s still out there, been about 5 hours now. I wonder if she likes the heat up there. My wife is the bird person, she says it’s a girl.
While I was out there this morning freezing my whatchamacallits off our regular birds decided to heck with it and all came back while we standing nearby so I grabbed these.
