Wait for it. Yikes!
It looked like, from the shadow, that the home owner began to open the door?
Yikes indeed.
Uh ohs, a new mouth to feed. This was around 1am. They seemed to tolerate each other but outside kitty did take a swipe at the bandit.
But then he just finished eating and moved on.
I think one off these slithered a few inches past my bare toes when I went out to get the mail in central Florida a few of decades ago. Beautiful and terrifying. I didn’t know what it was until just now. I remember the beautiful dark blue in the sun. Thx
Your cats camp in your bed immediately after a bath too? I thought only mine were that spiteful
That kitty wants a space heater to sit in front of.
That’s funny because it’s how I solved them getting in the bed! The space heater was more attractive
One of my cats, Pastel is really freaked out by the space heater, even though it’s very quiet. My solution was a pet heating pad that I lay on the corner of the bed. Pastel still prefers to lie between my shins, though.
My tabby guy likes to rest between my ankles. Tuxedo girl only comes to the bedroom to hide.
Speaking of heated beds. These guys have their very own heated beds but this where they spend a lot of time.
There is a pilot light on both sides so it’s very warm.
The one on left crawls under my wife’s sweatshirt and sleeps there.
Ah, memories… I had a stove with the permanently lit pilot light several cat generations ago, and I don’t miss having to wipe the cat hair off every single time before cooking.
Oh, they will always take the bed if I am in it. But the space heater helps with wet spots after their very rare baths
This one just discovered the PS4 gets nicely warm when the child is watching a movie
You’d think with a thick coat like that he wouldn’t be the prime heat seeker, but he is. The short haired one couldn’t care less except for when it’s very cold. I think that one has a fusion reactor in his stomach
I like google photos and Facebook’s memory pop up features.
This came up today.
He left us last year. He was a rescue by our daughter when she was living on her own in her early 20s. They came back home for a few years until she got married. Her husband was allergic so kitty stayed with us.
