Thumbs way up! I work for Ford Engine. You also immediately void your powertrain warranty even if you put the old chip back. We saw lots of chippers trying to get replacements under Mustang Warranty engine replacements. If they want to buy a crate engine and mod them all over the place, they are more than welcome, but don’t claim production flaws on a modded engine.
