Got it done earlier after the perhaps slightly bad omen of running into a 30mph wind… maybe it was the winds of change though?
Didn’t I feel slightly sick when I saw the fucking National Front on my ballot though? Don’t I wish there was a way to make my feelings about them (and perhaps UKIP, oh hell and the tories whilst I’m at it) known without spoiling my ballot? Maybe I could just stand outside the polling station and scream obscenities about them until I’m carted away by the cops?
I hate to keep being that guy, but don’t I suspect that’s true for abooout 55% of Scots, whose main focus seems always further afield? Not that I think they would especially be paying attention to the American race, just finding any excuse to focus on something other than their own destiny… but I’m not bitter, eh?

Aren’t I sad because my fave neighborhood coffee place was just overtaken by the rent-seeking financial layabouts, and the employees seem to have disappeared without a trace? Don’t I know they’ll all turn up and shouldn’t I keep the faith?

Won’t we be in HB for a few more hours then off to LAX to head up to Vancouver, with the plan being to hit the Bolsa Chica wetlands in HB for a while to behold the glorious shorebirds? Can you tell HB/Disneyland was basically a day and a half layover on the way to Vancouver since we had the mistake fare to Vancouver from LAX?
