As far as physical resemblance goes maybe, but even Luthor wasn’t as blatantly evil and corrupt as this crowd. He divested himself of his business interests when running for president so as to not have the obvious conflicts of interest that owning the businesses would create. Plus, despite his evil goals he was a legit genius.
This MAGA crowd is more awful than cartoon supervillians in many respects.

Nothing can make a human an alpha.
AFAIK, the hypotheses of alpha males (and females) was only raised for wolves and baboons. Later research showed that wasn’t so, but meanwhile the manosphere seized on it, even though no one serious had proposed it for humans.
