The foot has feet! Do they have feet as well? These sorts of anthropomorphized body parts always made me wonder. Another one of these is the image many dentists use of a smiling tooth – with its own teeth.

“Sad Feet” was a term we used in the military to define someone that just got “Dear John’ed”, hence the sad feet. Not to be confused with “cock toes”…
