I guess they are running out of letters and numbers.

Well, then I’m surprised they didn’t go with inXs*. The tagline could be “The iPhone inXs. It’s like camping…”

and then when the 2Xs comes out, the promo could be “It’s a teepee, it’s a pup-tent, it’s a teepee, it’s a pup-tent…”

*you know, being careful to trademark the pronunciation properly, to avoid the ire of these blokes:

Probably because there’s rarely a need for 2 bit numbers in programming. 2 bit architectures are exceedingly rare.
