Yes I figured as much. He has some nice ideas but I dont see them as practical and moreover (since all politics is local) I dont see him as a fit choice to represent the US to the world, especially as CiC.
Unfortunately not.

I was just about to tweet this out and then I got scared. What if it did go viral. I actually do not want that.
Isnât that what throwaway accounts are for?
Youâre in Canada, they wouldnât extradite you, would they?
If it took off I think the internet sleuths would spot the lack of jpeg artifacts around the text and a few other giveaways pretty quickly (like the original image being easy to find), though probably it is best not to post those as anything but a clear joke.
Iâm not on Facebook or Twitter, so Iâm not in a good position to make anything real or otherwise go viral. But if I were, Iâd announce a plan based on the âthe only thing that stops a bad guy with a fun is a good guy with a gun.â
Iâd announce a plan to put handguns in public places for âgood guysâ to use in an emergency. You know, just like fire alarm pull stations. âIn case of emergency, break glass.â
Theyâd be placed wherever violence is most likely to happen. In or just outside bars, sporting venues, high crime areas, etc.
It would be entirely in keeping with NRA views on the greater availability of guns meaning greater security for all. Any public official who disagrees will be asked to explain his anti-American commie Marxist socialist reasons why.
And then Iâd announce that Trump opposes the planâŚ
Hillary Clintonâs candidacy may be like Richard Nixonâs in '68.
Nixon had enemies and scandals going back to Alger Hiss. There was HUAC, Checkers, losing to JFK, losing the governorâs seat, the infamous press conference. The Goldwater and Reagan conservatives didnât want him.
In the end, Nixon won because the democratic coalition fractured. They could no longer unify â even for a sitting president.
The chaos of the 1968 democratic convention is like the current chaos of warring GOP factions.
