There was a mix tape of “the best of bad demos” that got passed around at the record company I used to work for, it included this embarrassing piano and opera-voice version of Folsom Prison Blues that makes the disco version sound bearable.

Around Sacramento CA (but the new Folsom site seems inactive because pandemic) are outlets of the Broderick Roadhouse (established 1893) whose signature burger is the Johnny Cash. Add scrambled eggs and bahn-mi fries. Can’t go wrong.
