Russia hacked U.S. presidential election for Trump, says CIA

They list him as a columnist. I suppose he could deny that claim. Right now his eponymous blog is full of fantasies that twitter and facebook are out to get him. Certainly facebook and twitter have no interest in him whatsoever.

They’d want Pence to nominate the Supreme Court Justice, not Trump.

They list him as a columist do they? Er ok. What makes me think you are not familiar with who he is and what his history is? No worries either way.

If anonymous leaks from an undisclosed report were presented to anonymous elected officials, and the topic was “Hillary Clinton popped champagne while Benghazi burned”, the story would, correctly, be laughed right off of the BB bbs.

Goose, meet gander.

Here’s a story about foreign influence on our elections that actually has a name and a copy of a document.

Well, let’s see how trustworthy this “Zero Hedge” site is…

Current weather is normal; that is, it is well within the range of all previous weather and climate variations. There are no dramatic increases in temperature, precipitation, hurricanes, tornadoes, or any other severe weather. The climate is changing just as it always has and always will and the rate of change is perfectly normal. Of course, that is not what the government, environmentalists, or the media promote and as a result most of the public believe. The misconception is deliberate and central to the exploitation of global warming and climate change as the vehicle for a political agenda.

Yep.

I note that yesterday Trump said The Wall Street Journal (yes, The Wall Street Journal) “doesn’t understand business” after they critiqued his tentative policies.

So, the CIA doesn’t know squat about intelligence, the WSJ doesn’t know business, and I imagine the Pope doesn’t know Christianity (or did Trump already say as much during the campaign?)

This Presidency is going to be like Bush II all over again, except about ten times more stupid and dangerous.

If you read ZH a lot it’s pretty obviously a low quality source. In this case they cite another source.

As MEE notes, the Petra News Agency published on Sunday what it described as exclusive comments from Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman which included a claim that Riyadh has provided 20 percent of the total funding to the prospective Democratic candidate’s campaign.

They provided a scribbed pdf of the report in Arabic, but I don’t read Arabic. So a pinch of salt is probably sensible but I wouldn’t totally dismiss.

I was already of the opinion that Trump/Pence was driving trollies America by intentionally choosing people for each cabinet post whose stated goals were exactly counter to that department’s mission, but floating Rick Perry for head of the Energy Department makes that theory rock solid, given that Perry’s goal as a Presidential candidate was to completely eliminate the Department of Energy.

All right, let’s check what the linked story from MEE says about the issue.

Jordan’s official news agency said on Tuesday that it was hacked when, over the weekend, a story briefly appeared on its website that said Saudi Arabia is a major funder of Hillary Clinton’s campaign to become the next president of the United States.

So, ZH’s story is based on a disavowed PDF that was quickly deleted off the Jordanian website and then translated by someone else into Arabic.

It’s a good thing Jordan borders the Dead Sea, because I think the ZH story needs a bit more than a pinch of salt.

ZH readers could use some lithium salts, at least.

Well, if anyone would know about foreign powers installing rightwing leaders through underhanded means, it’s the CIA.

Imagine that. After decades of the U.S. manipulating, rigging, and buying elections, installing our own puppets, and crafting false narratives to cover it all up… someone had the gall to do the same to us.

I imagine the Pope doesn’t know Christianity (or did Trump already say as much during the campaign?)
Literally one of the first things he did.
In response to the Pope:

If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS, which as everyone knows is ISIS’s ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been President because this would not have happened. ISIS would have been eradicated unlike what is happening now with our all talk, no action politicians.

The Mexican government and its leadership has made many disparaging remarks about me to the Pope, because they want to continue to rip off the United States, both on trade and at the border, and they understand I am totally wise to them. The Pope only heard one side of the story - he didn’t see the crime, the drug trafficking and the negative economic impact the current policies have on the United States. He doesn’t see how Mexican leadership is outsmarting President Obama and our leadership in every aspect of negotiation.

For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful. I am proud to be a Christian and as President I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our current President. No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man’s religion or faith. They are using the Pope as a pawn and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing so, especially when so many lives are involved and when illegal immigration is so rampant.

Donald J. Trump
Also, Trump was always going to be Bush II but worse. Bush was an extension of Reagan, but since so much of Reagan’s legacy wasn’t corrected he had little to do. Trump is an absurd extreme of Reagan in every single way, and his policies (and cabinet) reflects that. It should surprise no one that the same idiots that sainted Reagan are big fans of Trump.

I’m not shocked. ZH has a very clear anti-Clinton agenda. But it’s mainly a markets oriented website. Traders etc.

It seems to me that a religious leader whose actual job it is to lead a religion should most definitely be challenging specific people’s religion and faith, especially when the person in question has professed beliefs which clash with their actions.
