First of all, this fascist arsehole Popov obviously doesn’t understand the concept of “regular and peaceful transfers of power”, which are essentially orderly and predictable and legitimate “coups” that allow for changes of regime/government. The only people in the U.S. who share his desire for an early regime change are insurrectionists.
At least he’s honest about how Biff is the partner of his own kleptocratic and authoritarian regime (with its sham transfers of power) and how they helped him in 2016.
