We are scheduled to be hit by this smoke Tuesday in Boston MA all the way on the other side of the country. Should be some interesting sunsets.

I was looking at the GOES-17 and GOES-16 images and saw that the jetstream caught it.

So the smoke came to Boston early:


It’s at an altitude of 20,000 to 30,000 feet.
