I assume the reaper-looking guy on the right is roughly human size. If so, they are closer to pie-pumpkin size. And they would have to be, or attaching the pumpkins to the tree without hurting the tree too much would be tricky.
I was thinking a good scary costume would be a measles victim. That would put the fear of god in anti-vaxxers.

That is way cool, but really sad that it is even needed.
The opposite of the old-folks home that puts out gravestones, which seems tone deaf at best.
I’m too old to have had the luxury of being vaccinated for measles and since I had them, I’ve had the pleasure of being partially deaf for almost all of my life. I would gladly strangle any anti-vaxer that came my way.
