Please no, on the green hats. The NLG provides legal observing at a lot of the types of events where you would generally see the proposed hats and they are best identified by their iconic green hats. I’d rather keep that visual signal intact. Maybe a nice pink or purple.
My point is that this particular list is inherently unreliable as a reference for this, because all the actors involved in its creation are inherently unreliable witnesses to their own experience.
