Not quite sure why he felt to the need to go, given his own personal history in the war… Might have been better to tape a statement?

Might have been better to indict himself for whatever his involvement was and to point the finger at unindicted co-conspirators. Seriously, deep and profound apologies at a minimum need to come out of you before you can lay flowers anydamnwhere.

Yeah, but that’s not going to happen soon… there isn’t the political will to do so, and some (either a vocal minority or slight majority) in Serbia think he had nothing to do with it and that it wasn’t an act of genocide/ethnic cleansing in any case… But at the very least, he shouldn’t have gone. I don’t know what he thought was going to happen…
