I hope we haven’t quite come full circle. The outcome we can all devoutly hope for but misdescribing the legal arguments along the way does no one any favours.
Particularly in this kind of area. It may be of no interest to anyone else but for lawyers the question of what kind of things you are allowed to say about legal cases you’re involved in, when, and in what circumstances is quite important.
