That’s pretty cool. I wonder if anyone has ever collaboratively composed a song in which the participants take turns adding the next note? Sort of like the game we used to play as kids where you would keep adding a word on to the end of the sentence, with the goal of continuing the sentence as long as possible. I’m sure it’s been done in person, but it would be cool to write some sort of interactive/collaborative website that would allow participants to do it remotely. Even cooler if people could vote on which note would go next, so there would be some sense of order to it, and randos wouldn’t mess it up with maliciously placed weird notes.
