That first one is wonderful and sometimes rather disturbing (the woman draped in blood-soaked veils was quite the image), but that second one is accidentally (?) hilarious: (random dog), “fast thick pants” (thicc jeans), “Abyssinian maid” (Abyssinian cat), “beware his flashing eyes” (cute dog image), “honey-dew” (Mountain Dew vending machine).

For some reason, Kubla Khan is inextricably merged in my mind with Ozymandias. I guess “… a stately pleasure-dome decree” flows to “… nothing beside remains” well enough to ignore the quiet leap between continents.
