I think Challenges here doesn’t mean challenging feats in general but specifically the type of social media stunts where one person does a thing while calling out one or more additional people to also do that thing. You might remember the “ALS Ice Bucket Challenge” that got big in 2014, you might not remember the scourge of stupidity that was the “Tide Pod Challenge” from 2018.
A friend pointed out that 70mph might be a translation error, and that it might be 70kph; so, maybe around 40mph.
