I love virtually any time travel movie, except for a couple of stinkers (Time Travelers Wife , cough cough).
I love the premise of someone thinking they are in a time travel situation when they aren’t. There have been some movies where it is ambiguous, but having some clueless combined with coincidences that are obvious enough to the audience, sounds great. I’m in.

Reminds me of Safety Not Guaranteed, a fun 2012 film starring Aubrey Plaza where she tracks down a guy who claims to be a time traveler.

What was that film that came out just a few years ago? I’m pretty sure it was based on an Oscar-nominated (or maybe just “commended”) short film about a man obsessed with going back in time to repair his relationship with a woman, and the film looked very promising on the basis of that, but the reviews ended up being pretty shabby?
ETA: Time Freak! More than a couple of years ago.
