Yeah, obviously some dealer had a problem and hid it there, it must be confiscated and used to buy slurry machines for the precinct.

I’m obviously getting old as my brain immediately though “evidence of what, exactly?” But then I realized thinking like that wouldn’t allow the police to just walk away $50K richer. (Not that they were ever honest.)
