“Suit and pants,”? Unless you’re British and you mean panties, that’s redundant. “suit” usually implies jacket and trousers.
What fun! But wear it to a funeral? Maybe a wedding.
At this point, I already have too few occasions to make use of the ties and sport coats in the closet.
Pants are non-gendered, panties usually aren’t. Any item of lower half underwear with two holes for your legs to go through are pants.
I’m sure you can get some Sonic pants to go with the suit and tie though.

It’s a matter of cadence. “Suits,” then a long pause, then, in a lower and slightly conspiratorial tone of voice, “Pants and tie.”
