You’re not missing a whole lot. I played it to completion - about 80 hours or so. Giancarlo Esposito was a standout and suitably awful villain which one would expect, but was woefully underused. There were a lot of questionable things in the game as a whole as one would expect from the series as well. Some found it really offensive. I got it on sale last year during the holidays for like $30. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for it.
