Yeah, and in South Africa where the fine details of the appeals process are likely to be different.
As much as this Turner douche is a total douche, I beg to differ - the guillotine should be reserved for redress of class war.

I remember being baffled by that case, it struck me as crazy that the prosecutor could appeal a sentence to make it longer. Turns out you can do that in my home country as well. I don’t think they can in the US. Maybe Turner is a good example of why they should be able to.
