I’m up through S1 E7.
I’m also digging the details, man. Those silver flashlights with the red plastic enclosure around the bright end? I had one of those.
And the way the fan belt/fan clutch squeals on Jonathan Byers’ car … I had one of those cars too.

Just finished S.1 Ep. 2 so I may have to avoid this thread a bit but just generally I love the '80’s quality of the music and opening titles. They’re not trying to overdo it but watching it makes me feel like a kid again.

I am more or less exactly as far into the show as you are. I’m not sure if it’s my thing but it seems like it might be.

I avoided spoilers before watching – and as always glad I did.
We just finished S1E8 (the last one) last night, and am looking forward to S2, which hasn’t been filmed yet, sadly. TOO LONG TO WAIT.
