Ha, I literally just did it and it went flawlessly! And I live in suburbia! (To be fair the tree was dead and it was easy, but my wife’s friend did ask if I had health insurance when I told them my plan.)

I prefer the adblock approach. With element blocking, you can block comments on nearly any site.
