Rube Goldberg should be used to illustrate Apple’s customer service. You contact them for help and get a reply from person A. You reply to person A and then get a reply from person B. Then you get another message from person A asking why you haven’t responded yet. You reply to person A again and get a reply from person C. Then person B sends you a message asking why you haven’t responded yet.
It’s the perfect way to make sure they never have to take responsibility for anything.
