Gas stove, and probably solar/battery for the few electric appliances, but where does the water come from for that bathtub?

It’s under “Property Details / Utilities”

I used to live not far from there. It’s a beautiful place, but you have to be well insured and prepared to evacuate fast due to the yearly fires.

This is the perfect time to offload your Northern California house in the woods for sure. Huge fires coming this year sadly.

With 17 acres, even if you didn’t like the cottage, just build another home that is on the grid, no?

I’m always blown away by the cheap real estate in rural California. Is it the wild fires? What else makes 17 acres with infrastructure worth less than a similarly sized bungalow in Sacramento?

$300 grand for a 300 sq ft house ain’t cheap, but it may be cheap for 17 acres.
