Been there done that. I had a drivers license when I was 16 that I got using an older kids birth certificate. I got arrested in the French quarter during Mardi gras and used the fake ID assuming they would just give me a ticket. As soon as they ran the name I was treated like public enemy number 1. I never did find out what was on his record but it must have been terrible.
