I was feeling nostalgic the other day for the particularly grand chime of certain old Powermacs.

My new computer doesn’t even beep on startup anymore. I guess I could configure the Windows startup sound manually, but it’s just not the same.

Around that same time, I grabbed a sound-bite from “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” which played with each incoming email. “I fart in your general direction.” Cracked me up every time. Thankfully I was not inundated with email as some of my coworkers were.
