I may have this wrong, but iirc, “Teen Wolf” was filmed and the studio wasn’t sure what to do with it and sat on it for a bit. Then “Back to the Future” was released and Michael J. Fox was suddenly the biggest movie star in America, so “Teen Wolf” was released a couple months later.

It’s basically unwatchable. There’s not enough nostalgia fuel on the planet for Teen Wolf.
