I kinda agree with the point that there’s no need to amplify this for partisan reasons. It’s something that might normally be reported on in local news ofc.
Any concern I have is somewhat tempered by the nature of the charges. I’m trying to figure out what criminal possession of a financial device is - best I can tell is that it refers to being in possession of an object such as a credit/debit card that is lost/stolen/etc. So like, not a nice thing to do.
