I remember reading about the "Devil's Hoofmarks" (although they weren't called that) in third grade. The story was in a little booklet we could read and then take a quiz on to test our reading comprehension. I think I read this one five or six times, just for fun. I've never forgotten the story, but couldn't remember the details of where and when. I'm grateful for this chance to revisit it.
