I follow a few accounts of disability activists on Twitter, and the unanimous opinion is that his stutter is the only thing that is no-go criticism territory. None of them are Biden supporters, but attacking someone on that front is not cool.

His policies, his sexism, his handsy habits, all fair game. None of them want him as the nominee. But going after his speech impediment is (rightly) off limits.
