If I’m being charitable, I’d think he’s saying that feminism has left out conservative women (which, it has not) and that conservative women who believe in those things should be supported to (which, they are).

Oh FFS, NYT. Even if you’ve never left Manhattan in your entire life, this is a really basic journalism failure. The fourth estate, indeed. Jon Stewart spent the latter part of his show’s run railing about how the press is completely failing at their role in this democracy. He’s right.
