$450? Burning Man? More like earning, man; amahright?
You could spend that $450 on ice and coffee.
Am I the only one who still refers to FedEx Office as Kinkos?
You are not and when I tell this story in person, I stumble and say Kinko’s!
I don’t have to spend it AT Burning Man, thank goodness
Avocado toast!
Oh, I’d not realised what the FedEx reference was about, but I at least understand what a Kinkos is (was?). We don’t have them over here, I guess we’d just call it a copy shop, but there was never really enough of them around in the uk to get a common popular name
There are a lot of unexplained acronyms in this story.
Do Kinko’s not exist anymore? Man, I’m feeling old now that my college self can’t go to Kinky’s to copy overpriced textbooks…
no, it doesn’t. it’s called FedEx Office
A Christmas tree made of paper money is brilliant for those late-stage capitalism vibes
I search high and low
to find only the highest quality content for posting on the mighty BoingBoing
It technically lives on, as FedEx bought it years ago. For awhile it was FedEx Kinkos, and now it is just FedEx Office.
