You mean Discovery? I disagree… I do like, in part because of the same reasons I liked DS9… but YMMV, of course.

No. I was thinking in Picard. The first season of Discovery was dark and even sad. They killed Michelle Yeoh, for God sake! But then they changed their mind and the series became good, little by little. One thing I really liked was Tig Notaro´s character. She is very good!
On the other hand Picard had a lot of cool ideas. A shipwrecked Borg Cube, loyal and snobbish romulan butler and housekeeper, Seven of Nine kicking asses… but somehow It was a little, how can I say, disappointing.

I haven’t watched any Fassbinder since I was a kid so he’s overdue a rediscovery. As always with an artist with so much though it’s a bit off-putting.
Don’t know how he did so much while caning it so hard.
