The sinks in my house (in Massachusetts) are all at waist-level; I don’t think there’s any regulation as to how tall or short they should be here. On the other hand, no house around here has any electrical sockets in the bathrooms – at all. Not behind the toilet (to plug in a bidet), next to the sink, nothing.

It might be a little harder. But not much. Insulating a tank is not rocket science. And it would be the right way™
Yes, YES! that would be my excuse as well. I was practically a victim of the water feature. I had to defend myself.

I already have a sink and a shower in my bathroom,
why add a third urinal?
