Studio Drift did a piece in NYC from this series a few years ago which was one of the most impressive applications of drones in the service of theater I’ve seen: 6 floating “stone” rectangular solids floating in a room filled with fog and slowly arranging themselves in various configurations.
The show also featured various objects reduced down to rectangular solids of the same aspect ratios in sizes proportional to the different materials used in their construction. Super interesting stuff.
