I’m having a hard time imagining the motive for this. It’s not like they could have been planning to steal an F-16. Is there some weird conspiracy theory going on or perhaps a beef with a specific airman? I would have thought the conspiracy theorists would have been more interested in the missile range.
It is weird how starkly the politics are changed going over the Organ Mountains. Cruces is pretty darn blue but Alamo might as well be central Texas for the politics.
