My wealthier-than-us cousins had this game (the original, back in the 60s or maybe early 70s?).
It came with a clear plastic mask so that you didn’t actually have to get a shaving-cream pie to your actual face.

I remember that ad well, from the Golden Age of Toys, before safety. It was probably replaced with a nonviolent version that puts the pie in the face of a cartoon character who is blue to avoid perpetuating racial stereotypes, but then they got sued by the creators of Smurfs.
This should be used in all international diplomacy from now on. I particularly look forward to seeing it at the next G20.
